Nowadays it is becoming more and more difficult to attend gyms regularly. Spider designed as a hiking boot which connects to a special chassis to enable stretching during exercises.
On the chassis, there are handels mounted inside cavities which are connected to the chassis with elastic rubber bands. By releasing the handles, they will return back and hide in the original places.
