Hallo, bei uns ist ein Arbeitsplatz frei geworden. Wir sind eine
kleine, sehr entspannte Arbeitsgemeinschaft von 2 Personen
(Filmemacher) und suchen für den dritten frei gewordenen
Arbeitsplatz eine nette Person mit ähnlicher Ausrichtung (Film/Grafik/Animation).
Unser Raum, ca. 20qm, befindet sich in einem sanierten Fabrikgebäude in der Nähe des Görlitzer Parks am Kanal. Der Raum ist sehr hell, mit großem Fenster
zum Hof, ruhig. Küche und WC sind separat und werden von ca. 3−4 Parteien auf der Etage gemeinsam genutzt. Die Dachterrasse ist für alle Mieter zugänglich.
Die monatliche Warmmiete (all in) beträgt 120€ (zzgl. 19%Mwst).

Hello, we have an workplace available. We are a small, very relaxing team of two people (filmmakers) and are looking for a nice person with a similar background (film/graphic design/animation) to fill the third workplace that has become available.
Our space, approx. 20 sqm, is located in a renovated factory building near Görlitzer Park by the canal. The space is very bright, with a large window facing the courtyard, and quiet. The kitchen and restroom are separate and are shared by approx. 3–4 parties on the floor. The rooftop terrace is accessible to all tenants.
The monthly rent (all-inclusive) is €120 (plus 19% VAT).
