The intern (m/f/d) will primarily assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of our festival productions. This includes working closely with project partners, technical teams, and artists, as well as supporting logistical and operational processes before and during the festival. A smaller part of the role also involves assisting with website updates and social media communication. Suitable candidates are independent, well-organised students or recent graduates from fields such as event management, production, design, media studies, or cultural studies, with an interest in technical and artistic production processes. The internship takes place in our Berlin office and on-site during the festival. The internship focuses primarily on production, coordination, and planning. Your tasks will include: - Assisting in the planning and realisation of festival productions
- Coordination with artists, technical crews, and project partners
- Supporting scheduling, logistics, and production timelines
- Organising accommodation, travel, and catering for participants
- Assisting in the setup, execution, and breakdown of festival events
- General organisational support in the festival office
- Updating the website and assisting with social media communication (secondary focus)
